چکیده
Abstract Stimulating brain tissue regeneration is a major challenge after central nervous system (CNS) injury, such as those observed from trauma or cerebrovascular accidents. Full difficult even when neurogenesis-associated repair response may occur. Currently, there are no effective treatments to stimulate regeneration. However, biomaterial scaffolds showing promising results, where hydrogels the materials of choice develop these supportive for cell carriers. Their combination with growth factors, brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), basic fibroblast (bFGF), vascular endothelial (VEGF), together other therapy strategies allows prevention further neuronal death and can potentially lead direct stimulation neurogenesis vascularisation at injured site. Imaging site particularly critical study reestablishment neural functionality injury. This review outlines latest key advances associated different aiming promote neuroregeneration, imaging, functional recovery tissue. Graphical abstract

Biphasic scaffold for annulus fibrosus tissue regeneration.
Intervertebral disc (IVD) degeneration is the major cause of lower back pain, while the currently available treatments are symptomatic rather than curative. Tissue engineering is a powerful therapeutic strategy that can restore the normal biomechanical motion of the human spine. The ability of a biphasic elastic scaffold to structurally and elastically simulate the annulus fibrosus (AF) tissue ...
متن کاملBiochemical Stimulus-Based Strategies for Meniscus Tissue Engineering and Regeneration
Meniscus injuries are very common and still pose a challenge for the orthopedic surgeon. Meniscus injuries in the inner two-thirds of the meniscus remain incurable. Tissue-engineered meniscus strategies seem to offer a new approach for treating meniscus injuries with a combination of seed cells, scaffolds, and biochemical or biomechanical stimulation. Cell- or scaffold-based strategies play a p...
